As Thailand is soon to reopen on November 2021 since 70% of people are expected to be vaccinated by the end of October 2021, still, Covid-19 Insurance is mandatory to enter the Kingdom to obtain the Certificate of Entry of COE.
A Certificate of Entry or CoE is one of the requirements for those Thai Nationals and Foreign Nationals who are planning to come to Thailand. This document permits the individual by confirming that you have passed the entry requirement as set by the Thai government.
Another prerequisite for both nationalities is to undergo quarantine at any of the accredited Alternative State Quarantine or ASQ Hotels accredited for the Ministry of Health. Regardless of the vaccine, the travelers have had, isolation is still a must.
