ASQ (Alternative State Quarantine) is a mandatory requirement for both Thai Nationals and Foreign Nationals for their 10 day quarantine (unvaccinated and not fully vaccinated) and 7 days for fully vaccinated travelers. Regardless of the vaccine the travelers have had, isolation is still a must before entering the kingdom.
However, there are some countries which are allowed to enter Thailand (Phuket Sandbox) by air with no quarantine requirements.
